Domaine Lafage Côté Rosé Cotes Catalanes 2025The grapes come from the maritime terroir and stony soils from Canet en Roussillon hills and Perpignan lending freshness and vitality. Average age of the vines is 25 years and the yield is 50 hl ha. Made with 85% Grenache and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Grenache Noir is directly pressed and macerated for 10 hours. The varieties are fermented separately at a temperature of 16 c in stainless steel tanks. Intense nose, fresh and fruity strawberry and
