Vintage 1950's Scottie Dog BroochVintage 1950's carved Scottie Dog set in plastic. This unusual brooch moulded and carved form an early plastic with hand painted bright red eye and collar. The brooch has a simple open 'c' clasp. Scottie dogs were a very popular dog breed in the 50's although this type of brooch is very unusual. MEASUREMENTS The brooch measures from eye to tail 4. 5cm 1. 7" and from ear to foot 3. 8cm 1. 5". CONDITION The brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
