It has a very creamy texture and a very delicate, fine, but persistent flavor. This type of cheese is also called a triple crme (triple cream) because fresh cream is added during the production phase. In the mouth it is creamy and envelops the palate with sweet sour lactic sensations and slight notes of undergrowth.
